Fee does not include cost of electrical, data and voice communications, etc. The paperwork for these services will be sent to you upon confirmation of exhibit space rental. Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis when payment is received. We agree to comply with NCAA Conference rules and regulations, State and Local fire laws and all New Bern Riverfront Convention Center rules and regulations.
